EPSON Robots first came to the North and South American market back in 1984 as the EPSON Factory Automation group began to share it’s expertise in high precision small parts assembly with other manufacturers on a worldwide basis. Originally created to support internal automation needs, EPSON Robots quickly became popular in many of the top manufacturing sites throughout the world. Over the past nearly 26+ years EPSON Robots has been leading the industry for small parts assembly applications and has introduced many industry firsts including PC based controls, compact SCARA robots, and much more. Our focus is to build robots and automation products to help benefit the global manufacturing strategies put in place by many of the top worldwide manufacturers. EPSON Robots are now busy at work in thousands of manufacturing facilities throughout the world.
EPSON Robots are well known for leading the industry in ease of use, performance and reliability. Our RC520 Controller was one of the first PC based controllers introduced by a robot manufacturer and we were the first to offer Active X Controls (now .NET support) to allow easy integration of 3rd party products into robot workcells. Our focus has been to keep things simple and easy to use and just one demo of our EPSON RC+ Software shows we are on the right track. Our SCARA robots are 2nd to none in terms of performance and reliability due to our never ending push to build and offer next generation products. Our 2 tiered controls approach offers a value oriented "low end" yet high performance controller and Open Architecture PC based controller with advanced power and capabilities required for even the most complex applications. Most recently we introduced our next generation PC based controller that gives more performance than ever before. We also recently introduced a new type of SCARA robot that we call SCARA+ or RS-Series and leads the industry in cycle times, small footprint, maximum work envelope usage and much more. Our G-Series SCARA robots are now up to over 200 models including table top, Multi-Mount, and Clean/ESD versions and sizes from 175mm to 1000mm in reach. On top of that, we also have lots of integrated optional products such as Vision Guidance, Force Sensing, GUI Builder, Profibus, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Security/Audit Log and of course our .Net controls along with others.
Our Commitment to Top Quality Support
While one aspect of our company culture is certainly related to continuing to make the best products in the industry even better, we are even more committed to making sure our customers get top notch support before during and after each and every sale. This kind of support and care is well known throughout our customer base and not only brings them back with repeat orders but also leaves them "raving" about the level of extra effort and willingness to help that was offered. We call these customers "raving fans" and our goal is to make each and every one of our customers a raving fan. Let us help you with your automation problems and at the same time create a new "raving fan". Whether your are an existing customer with a technical question or a potential new customer with a manufacturing task give us a call and let us help.
