Symptoms
When the Robot Control Panel dialog is displayed and the
robot motors are on, then sometimes when the safe guard is opened, the motor
status shows off, even though the motors are still on.
Causes
This is caused by a bug in SPEL for Windows
2.x.
Remedies
Close the robot control panel and reopen
it. Then the correct status will be displayed.

This problem will be fixed in a future
release.
