Problem:	Point labels and I/O labels will not load in pendant

Symptoms
When I/O labels are used in a project, the pendant will not show point labels or I/O labels correctly.

Causes
Steps to repeat:

1. Add I/O labels and point labels to a project.

2. Open the Robot Control Panel and click on the Pendant button.

3. Install the pendant.

4. The main screen on the pendant will show that labels could not be loaded.

Status
This problem has been fixed in version 2.2.2.
