Symptoms
When you run the RC+ 3.5.0 Trial version that has been
installed on Windows NT 4.0, an error is displayed when you login to RC+.
The error number depends on the version of Internet Explorer
installed.:p>
Causes
This is caused by a bug in EPSON RC+ Trial version installer.
The Microsoft Data Access components are not being installed when used with
Windows NT 4.0. Windows 2000 and Windows XP already have these
installed.
Remedy

workaround, you
can install the Microsoft Data Access components from this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/data/download_25SP1.htm
Status
This problem was fixed in Trial CD version
3.1.0.
