G1 Specifications

The EPSON G1 Mini SCARA robots lead the industry in precision with a 0.005mm repeatibility while also providing outstanding rigidity and cycle times all with a very small footprint. G1 Mini SCARA arms are available with 175 or 225mm reach, clean or standard configuration. While small in stature, EPSON G1 Mini SCARA arms are built to the same high EPSON quality and performance standards that our customers have come to know and expect. As such, our G1 arms are extremely rigid and can handle higher payloads with faster cycle times vs. competitive models. Also, unique to the G1 Mini SCARA robots is that they are available as 3 OR 4 Axis Models. EPSON G3 SCARA models are ideally suited for applications that require a very small footprint, demanding cycle times, high precision and high reliability such as hard disk assembly, lab automation, electronics, medical device assembly, photonics, semiconductor, telecommunications and many others.

G3 Specifications

The EPSON G3 SCARA robots lead the industry with best in class cycle time, precision and motion range. Our new curved arm design (optional) provides the maximum reach capability possible with a SCARA arm. G3 SCARA arms are available with 250, 300 or 350mm reach, clean or standard configuration and the 300 and 350mm models can also both be purchased in a multi-mount configuration for hanging them from the wall or ceiling (thus allowing conveyors directly underneath). G6 Specifications

The EPSON G6 SCARA robots are perfect for applications requiring high speed and/or high precision such as mechanical or electrical assembly, pick and place, kitting, dispensing and much more. With applications running in demanding industries such as Automotive, Medical, Semi Conductor, Food, Pharmaceutical, Hard Drive, Consumer, and many others, EPSON G6 SCARA's are the robot of choice. G6 SCARA arms are available in 450, 550 and 650mm lengths with either 180 (150 clean) or 330 (300 clean) Z-Axis lengths. They are also available in table top , wall or ceiling mount configurations. Clean/ESD and Washdown models are also available in all 3 core arm lengths. That makes for a lot of choices to make sure you get the right robot for your next application. Unique to the G6 is our new Max-E envelope design. With Max-E, EPSON G6-55x robots are now able to do jobs that previously required 600mm arms. Smaller footprints are the key and that translates to less factor space requirements and less overall factory costs.

Our EPSON G10 SCARA robots were made for medium to heavy duty applications. Maximum payloads of 10Kg are not just a number for us. EPSON Robots can handle heavy payloads while maintaining fast cycle times and heavy duty cycles while maintaining repeatabilities. In other words, you don't have to sacrifice speed or payload when using our G10 models as compared with some competitive brands. With 650 and 850mm reach, EPSON G10 robots are available in table top, ceiling or wall mount models and Clean/ESD and Washdown models are available as well. That makes for a lot of choices to make sure you get the right robot for your next application. EPSON G10 (and all G-Series arms) are available with either our Micro PowerDrive RC180 or PC Based Advanced RC620+ controller. Either way, you can be assured you will have all the performance needed for your application as EPSON controllers are packed with power, high performance servo control and loads of integrated options.
