The EPSON E-Series Robots are known
worldwide as the best SCARA robots in the industry. With cycle times of 0.39
seconds and repeatabilities of 10 microns it's easy to see how the E-Series
Robots are the natural choice for a variety of different applications. E-Series
Robots are currently busy at work doing tasks such as: hard disk assembly,
electronics assembly, fiber optics assembly, machine loading, and material
handling to name a few. Also, with Class 10 clean room, ESD compliant, washdown
and even inverted models available we are constantly finding new applications
to help our customers save time and improve the quality of their manufacturing
process. Take a look at our product line and better yet give us a call and
we'll be glad to review how our E-Series robots can help with your automation
task.
The EC Series robots were created
for applications where space is at a premium. However, these smaller versions
of our popular 550 and 650 robots are very fast and extremely repeatable. The
EC Series Robots come in 2 basic sizes: 250mm and 350mm. Class 10 clean room
and ESD versions of these now very popular robots are also available. For a
more detailed description of the EC Series Robots you can view our
EC Robot
page.
The ES/EL Series robots are built
for speed with the EL653 leading the series with a standard 1"x12"x1" and back
cycle time of 0.39 seconds. They are some of our most popular models because
they cover such a wide variety of applications. The ES Robots come with a 450mm
or 550mm reach and the EL Robots come in 650mm or 850mm. (850mm is only
available as a clean robot.) Class 10 clean room versions of these very popular
robots are also available as well as washdown and even inverted models. For a
more detailed description of the ES/EL Series Robots you can view our
ESEL Robot
page.
The EH Series robots were created for applications which
require heavy payloads. The EH850H, for example can handle payloads up to 15Kg
(33 lbs). They also are available with a long 620mm Z axis option which is
ideal for packaging applications. The EH Series Robots come in 2 basic
configurations: EH850 (10 Kg max payload) and the EH850H (15 Kg max payload).
