EZ Modules

Epson EZ Modules are the ultimate in ease of use but at the same time, our high performance servo system helps drive EZ modules to maximum speeds, maximum throughput and maximum oerall performance. With 1, 2, 3 and 4 axis solutions we have the simple or sophisticated configuration available to fit your specific requirements. Our RC180 and RC620+ controllers combined with our industry leading Epson RC+ controls software make Epson EZ Modules easy to use for both simple and complex applications.

1-Axis		Single Axis Epson EZ Modules are ideal for using as linear slides and mounting our C3 6-Axis, G-Series SCARA, or RS-Series SCARA robots to increase work area. They are also great for simple part transfer applications.
2-Axis		2 Axis Epson EZ Modules are used for simple parts transfer applications. They are available in both XY and YZ configurations with axis lengths up to 1000 x 750mm.
3-Axis		Epson 3 Axis EZ Modules are perfect for parts transfer or applications such as screwdriving or sealant/dispensing. They are available with 400-1000mm 1st Axes, 350-750mm 2nd Axes, and 200-400mm Z Axes.
4-Axis		There are some applications where a 4-Axis Cartesian style robot is the best solution. Epson 4-axis EZ Modules are available with 3 axes of linear motion and full +/- 360 rotation for the 4th axis making them ideal for pick and place and many other applications.
